- Project Brief: To provide an access scaffold and hoist to get materials into the upper floors of the building for conversion of a redundant office building.We were unable to have any scaffold on the low roof in front of the window the client needed to access, as it was deemed unstable. We were able to design the scaffold using shear plates and beams to keep the roof scaffold free, and materials hoist was then added. We later adapted the scaffold with and additional design to provide access onto the roof.
